The industry's first client orientation program

Validity's built-in client orientation ensures that we are completing all necessary steps to establish your account - and your trust. As part of our program, your account executive will contact you:

  • To educate you about the Fair Credit Reporting Act
  • Following your training on utilizing iDsource, our online account management system
  • When you receive your first invoice
  • Periodically for up to 180 days

That's not all, however. Often existing clients add new users to an existing account or establish a new account at a satellite office. Our program includes orientation and training of all new users as well. It's vital that your entire hiring team has been thoroughly introduced to your service partner.

The goal: To make you feel as valued on day 180 as you did on day one.
