An extensive quality assurance program

Validity's quality assurance program keeps you informed and compliant with all applicable state laws and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

The most extensive in the industry, our quality assurance starts from the time your request leaves your hands to the time we return it to them. For example, to ensure we obtain the right data on the right person, we never complete a criminal report by matching name only. Our standards for criminal searches call for a minimum of one numeric identifier, such as a date of birth or Social Security Number.

Then, after the search is conducted, our data specialists enter results electronically and "flag" all criminal records or "hits" for review by a quality assurance and compliance manager, who combs through the information and prepares it according to FCRA standards. In many instances, that means removing cases that resulted in dismissals or acquittals. Once the report has been cross-checked, then and only then do we label it complete and release it to you.
