Employment verifications help determine the validity of information reported on an application or resume. Again, Validity goes directly to the source, contacting the human resources person at each employer. We ask the following standard questions:

• Start date?
• End date?
• Position held?
• Eligibility for rehire?
• Any additional comments?

Some employers have restricted response policies therefore information obtained may vary.
