Urine Drug Testing
The Urine Drug Test is conducted at a LabCorp, Quest or pre-determined 3rd party collection site. Specimens are collected by trained clinic personnel and sent to the laboratory with a complete chain of custody form for analysis.
Urine drug testing is available with the following panel options. Customized panels are also available:
- DOT 5 Drug Panel (Federally mandated for commercial drivers)
- Non-DOT 5 Drug Panel includes: Marijuana, Cocaine, PCP, Amphetamines & Opiates
-Add-ons to this panel include: Alcohol
- Non-DOT 5 Instant Test: Client receives immediate results if negative
- Non-DOT 7 Drug Panel includes: the 5 Panel plus Barbiturates & Benzodiazepines
-Add-ons to this panel include: Expanded Opiates
- Non-DOT 8 Drug Panel includes; the 7 panel plus Methadone
-Add-ons to this panel include: Oxycodone & Meperidine
- Non-DOT 9 Drug Panel includes: the 8 Panel plus Propoxyphene
-Add-ons to this panel include: Alcohol, Expanded Opiates & Nicotine
- Non-DOT 10 Drug Panel includes: the 9 Panel plus Methaqualone
-Add-ons to this panel include: Expanded Opiates
*Expanded Opiates include: Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone, Oxycodone & Oxymorphone
Testing is performed the day samples arrive at the laboratory and negative results are reported within 24 hours for non instant test panels. Positive results are sent to a Medical Review Officer (MRO) for confirmation and report within 72 hours.
Results will be included in your Confidential Applicant Background Report.
