How Our Program Works

Validity's system allows students to order their own background checks online, freeing up administrators for other tasks. And, with our system, administrators don't have to worry about distributing or collecting information. The disclosure form and the "Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act" are posted on the system for easy access.

Validity can build customized programs based on your requirements and/or needs. For example: 

• Do you need multiple accounts but don't want to pay an extra fee? 
• Would you prefer that students pay Validity directly? 
• Or, do you want Validity to invoice you? 
• How about multiple accounts programmed with different services? 
• Does more than one administrator need to receive background reports? 
• Would you like to access iDsource, our Web-based management system that enables you to access reports anytime without having to print or file them?
