Personal Assessment Tools

Validity offers personal assessment services to enhance your background check. These are additional services that provide you with further knowledge of your applicant.  We recommend conducting a Multi-State Sex Offender Registry search on all applicant’s because many sex offenders are listed on this registry that may not have a criminal record tied to the act. Whereas, Validity only recommends conducting Credit Reports on individuals that will be working with money, Credit Cards or other sensitive information.
