Driving Records

Driving records are available for a search term of three years in all 50 states. Record information is accessed directly from the requested state's department of motor vehicles or department of revenue. In accordance with the Driver's Privacy Protection Act, Validity extracts all identifying information, such as date of birth and address from the driving history report.

Driving history searches are recommended on all employment positions that require driving, but they also can serve as a beneficial tool in determining an applicant's overall responsibility.
