County Criminal Searches

County criminal history is researched for both felony and misdemeanor convictions and pending cases within a given county. Searches go back a minimum of seven years. Depending on the jurisdiction, some records searches can extend beyond seven years. Record information is obtained directly from the county courthouse record terminals. It is reviewed for accuracy and approved by a Validity Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager before we send it to you.
