National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS)

Validity Screening Solutions was in the background screening business before it was a business - more than 20 years. In fact, Validity president and owner, Darren Dupriest, was asked by his peers to help create the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). He became a founding member in 2003.

Today, the nonprofit trade association gives the background screening industry the ability to effectively demonstrate its competence, reliability and willingness to adopt standards. It has more than 700 members, including every Validity employee. And, many of us serve on NAPBS committees.
