Validity Welcomes Manager of Business Development

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - April 4, 2011 - Validity Screening Solutions, a premier provider of background screening services, is pleased to announce the addition of Rozlyn Burr as their Manager of Business Development.

 

“It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome Rozlyn to my senior leadership team at Validity.  She is a proven entrepreneur that will make an immediate impact on our aggressive growth strategies in 2011,” said Darren Dupriest, Validity’s president/CEO.

 

Burr, a graduate of the University of Kansas Business School, gained experience working in the corporate environment at Hallmark Cards Inc. before establishing her own certified Woman Business Enterprise.  Almost twenty years of management and entrepreneurial experience has given her the opportunity to become well-versed in recruiting, training and managing staff; employment laws regarding policy, administration and compliance; performance management and business development. 

 

In her new role with Validity Screening Solutions, Burr will be responsible for all functions of the company’s sales and business development activities, determining alternative channels for service and product distribution, identifying and cultivating partnership opportunities and the assessment of new business opportunities.
