OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - January 22, 2010 - Validity Screening Solutions, a premier provider of background screening services, is pleased to announce the addition of Lydia Wray as their Director of Strategic Initiatives.

Wray, a 10-year background screening industry veteran, holds her MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and began her industry work in 1999 as a records processor for Clarence M. Kelly and Associates of Kansas City, MO. She later progressed to hold positions of Business Development Manager and Director of Client Services. Through her experience, her responsibilities have included the oversight of company operations, compliance and regulatory matters, technology based integrations and the growth of business.
In her new role with Validity Screening Solutions, Wray will be responsible for all functions of the company's sales and business development activities, determining alternative channels for service and product distribution, identifying and cultivating partnership opportunities and the assessment of new business opportunities.
