OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – November 28, 2011 – Validity Screening Solutions, a premier provider of background screening services, is pleased to announce the addition of Donna Wallace as their Client Relations Manager.

Wallace, who is completing a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University, has over 20 years of experience in the areas of customer service, client relations, human resources and recruitment and retention. She comes to Validity with previous experience building successful client retention and relations programs, primarily in a small business atmosphere.
In her new role with Validity Screening Solutions, Wallace will be responsible for all functions of the company’s client relations operations and practices.
