OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (June 5, 2012) -- Validity Screening Solutions, a premier provider of background screening and drug testing services, is pleased to welcome Erika Ricketts as its new Client Onboarding Specialist and Gene Lastorino as its Client Success Manager.

Lastorino began working as the Client Success Manager in April. He has a background in information services, music and sound products, and advertising industries in New York and Florida. In the past, Lastorino has managed client accounts and relationships, account services teams, work flow design and implementation, technology training and other initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction. This experience provides a solid foundation for managing his Client Success team at Validity.
In her new role at Validity, Ricketts will utilize her human resources and customer service skills in working with new clients. These skills will aid her in working alongside other team members to ensure the best customer experience. Previously, she served as a Client Relations Specialist at Validity.
Hiring Lastorino and moving Ricketts into a new role is all a part of Validity’s invigorated focus on providing a holistic approach to its customer service and creating an environment which ensures client success.
