Rieken, in her fourth year with Validity Screening Solutions, has personally provided exceptional customer service as an Account Executive, was an integral part of transitioning new customers gained via acquisition and has grown the business as Business Development Manager.
As Client Relations Manager for Validity Screening Solutions, Rieken will be responsible for the design and implementation of programs to strengthen client relationships, maximize client retention and satisfaction along with directly supervising the company’s Client Relations Specialists and their operations.
