In addition, Validity holds monthly internal education forums to keep our team members sharp on legislative changes, Fair Credit Reporting Act updates, service updates, jurisdictional changes and other aspects affecting the background screening process. At the end of these forums, we test teammates on the material to ensure comprehension.
And, to guarantee that your account is handled professionally and effectively, our account executives are trained and periodically tested on customer service skills.
Top-level team members belong to the Society for Human Resource Management and National Association of Professional Background Screeners. Through these affiliations and continuous research, Validity is able to effectively educate our team members and our clients about relevant changes in legislation, as well as implement programs and procedures that ensure compliance.
